Milk solids (99%) (emulsifier (soy lecithin)), live lactic cultures (L.bulgaricus, S.thermophilus, L.acidophilus)
Preparation Instructions
Fill EasiYo jar to halfway with drinking water (15-20°C), pour in pack contents, close lid and shake well. Add water until jar is filled to 5mm from the top and shake again. push red spacer into Yogurt Maker. Pour in boiling water (100°C) until spacer is covered, (approx. 1200mL). Put jar inside Maker, twist on lid, and let sit for 8-12hrs (up to 24 hrs). Once set, move jar to fridge to chill. Do not consumer if yogurt hasn't set.
Storage Instructions
Keep this pack unopened in a cool dry place (below 25°C); in tropical climates refrigerate (2-4°C). Once made, yogurt will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
