Gregg's® Coriander Flakes have an aromatic citrus flavour, ideal for Asian and Mexican inspired cooking. These flakes are dried leaves that have been rubbed into flakes. Great for midweek meals, Gregg's® Coriander Flakes can be used to make Mexican black bean rice, Indian or Thai curries or salad dressings. Coriander has a mild flavour that pairs well with fish dishes as well as vegetarian cooking.
