Usage Instructions
To help prevent and treat mild hydration, drink 250mL every 15 minutes during strenuous exercise. Average osmolality is 295milliOsmol/L. Mixing Instructions: Add one rounded scoop of 'Powerade' Powder to 250ml of water (approx. 1 cup) and stir until completely dissolved. Once prepared, this beverage should be kept under refrigerated conditions. Discard 24 hours after preparation.
