However, product detail may change from time to time and there may be a delay in making updates. When precise information is important, we recommend that you read the label on the products you purchase or contact the manufacturer of the product.

We have made some changes to the way we will deliver your order to ensure the ongoing safety of our customers and team, with an additional focus on social distancing. Our drivers will place the order at your doorstep and will not enter your premises. If you have specific requirements such as a disability or you are a senior customer, please leave a note in the checkout process. Note that drivers will be unable to enter properties of customers who are self isolating or quarantined.

Our online shopping service is busier than usual. We want to reassure you that there is plenty of food, toilet paper and other essentials in New Zealand. Our teams and suppliers are working hard to get this through the network and onto shelves as quickly as possible. Our personal shoppers and delivery drivers are also working really hard to get you what you need, when you need it.
