Broccoli, carrot and baby peas that are picked, snap-frozen, then sealed in our special steam bags to lock in their goodness. Wattie's® SteamFresh® Broccoli, Carrots & Baby Peas provide a good source of vitamin A and folate and are packaged with no added flavours or colours and no preservatives. Wattie’s® SteamFresh® makes adding delicious, steamed veggies to your meals easy. Ready in under 3 minutes in the microwave, each SteamFresh® bag contains snap-frozen vegetables with locked-in goodness. Wattie's® SteamFresh® Broccoli, Carrots & Baby Peas are the perfect side dish for pan-fried fish or grilled meat and are great to add to stir-fries and fried rice too.

Preparation Instructions

1.Open the outer bag and remove steam bag. Be careful not to pierce the steam bag and do not open the steam bag. 2.Place the Steamfresh bag SEAM SIDE UP on a microwaveable plate. 3. Microwave on FULL power: 1000W 2 min 40 sec. Cooking time is a guideline only and will vary with make, model and age of microwave oven. Check the contents are thoroughly heated through. 4. During microwaving the bag will inflate as steam builds up and the special vent means you may hear a slight whistling sound. 5. Remove the steam bag from the microwave, gently shake then allow to stand for 1 minute. Please take care as the contents will be hot. 6. Carefully cut open the bag with scissors and serve the vegetables.

Usage Instructions

Do not thaw before cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed. Product must be cooked before use.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder.
