Preparation Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Microwave oven: 1000 Watt: Remove meal from cardboard pack. Microwave frozen meal on High (100%) power for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave oven and remove protective film before serving. Note: Heating time may vary with model of microwave. To be verified. Conventional/fan forced oven: Preheat oven to 180° (350° F). Remove meal from cardboard pack. Place frozen meal on oven tray in the centre of the oven. Heat for 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Carefully remove meal from oven on the tray and remove protective film before serving. Note: Dish may melt if placed too close to the heating element. To be verified.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not refreeze once thawed.
